

Distribution Protocols
Official B2B guidelines for the handling, pricing, and distribution of NexuraPure molecular wellness systems.
1. Scope & Appointment
Authorized Channels: Distribution is permitted to physical pharmacies, high-end fitness centers, specialty wellness boutiques, and approved medical clinics.
Territory: Distributors are granted [Exclusive/Non-Exclusive] rights to sell within the defined geographic region of [Insert Territory].
Online Sales: Selling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing to prevent brand dilution and 'price wars.'
2. Order & Pricing Structure
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): * Opening Order: 200 units (mixed across Nano Sleep, Nano Boost, and Nano Glow).
Restock: 500 units per SKU.
Pricing (MAP Policy): All B2B partners must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). This ensures that the premium value of NexuraPure is maintained across all retail touchpoints.
Payment Terms: * First 3 orders: Proforma (Payment before shipping). Subsequent orders: Net-30 terms available upon credit approval.
3. Product Handling & 'Nano-Integrity'
Because NanoPure uses advanced nano-emulsion technology, specific storage is required:
Climate Control: Products must be stored in a cool, dry place (between 15°C and 25°C). Exposure to extreme heat can destabilize the nano-particles.
Shelf Life & Rotation: Partners must follow FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management. NanoPure products have a 24-month shelf life.
Traceability: Distributors must maintain records of batch numbers for every sale to facilitate rapid action in the event of a product recall.
4. Branding & Marketing Support
Visual Assets: Partners will be provided with the 'NexuraPure Partner Kit,' including high-res product renders, lab-test certificates, and social media templates.
No Alterations: Distributors may not repackage, relabel, or alter the product in any way.
Staff Training: For orders over 500 units, NexuraPure provides a mandatory 1-hour virtual 'Nano-Science' training session for the partner's sales team.
5. Shipping & Claims
Incoterms: Ex Works (EXW) or Free Carrier (FCA) NexuraPure Warehouse.
Damage Claims: Any discrepancies or shipping damages must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Termination
NexuraPure reserves the right to terminate the distribution agreement immediately if:
The MAP policy is violated.
Products are sold into unauthorized territories.
The brand’s scientific reputation is misrepresented.
