Any promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes provided by Nexura Pure are subject to specific terms and conditions. These may include validity period, minimum order value, and product eligibility. Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and should not be shared publicly.
Payments for orders can be made through available payment methods such as Cash on Delivery, UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.), debit/credit cards, and other supported payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the transaction does not comply with our terms. Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case the order has already been dispatched, we request you to not accept the delivery and inform our support team accordingly.
Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return policy once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, usage instructions, and descriptions before placing an order.
However, in cases where you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To raise such a request, you will need to provide your order ID along with clear images or videos showing the issue, preferably including the unboxing process and invoice label. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not applicable for products that have been successfully delivered and are not defective. Refunds will only be processed under specific conditions, such as:
Order cancelled before dispatch
Product unavailable after payment
Verified cases of damaged or incorrect product (if replacement is not possible)
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Nexura Pure will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
